Vincent is the best. He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He goes beyond as well. He cut his lunch short to help me. He even helped me fix an issue with my paperwork. After an exceedingly frustrating day his assistance was outstanding. The facility itself is nice. Located closer to everything than one would expect. The layout seems efficient. I have no complaints.

She consistently provided the help I needed as I moved from 2 storage units to 1 and then finally was able to move my belongings out permanently. Really nice and clean facility. I spoke with a polite man named Vincent who called me and stayed an hour later for me past the closing time ! I was rushing to get over there and he stayed later which I really appreciate. He took his time and showed me the unit and went over everything with me with no rush at all. I feel safe with storing my belongings at Metro Self Storage and the security is on top of things here unlike other storage facilities.

Just got a storage unit and space here, the Manager Eliza exceeded my expectations, even came back to help me with the gate code after store hours. Although prices are average, the facility is clean, and so are the grounds. Overall a nice place to store your stuff if needed.
