We were looking for a storage place that wasn't outrageously priced and found Metro Self Storage. Anthony was so pleasant and very helpful with information on the phone and then when we met him, he was just as helpful. I would definitely recommend Metro for your storage needs.

Renting a storage unit was very easy and affordable. We made a reservation online because we wanted to see the facilities of this place first, but you can rent it and deal with everything online as well. We were contacted immediately after we made the reservation by Anthony for an appointments to view the available units and he was both friendly and helpful when we met up with him . Overall, it was a very positive experience and we are happy that, unlike a previous storage place we dealt with, this one has an actual person to help you if you have any problems or questions.

Anthony at the front desk…. Best in the business. Out of all the storage units I’ve ever rented (over 20), Anthony has been by far the best property manager I have ever dealt with. I don’t know why I accidentally gave this place four stars… because they deserve five! And I just edited to acknowledge that. Anthony was by far the easier property manager I have ever dealt with. Straight shooter. Very fair. Some of that old time hospitality the world needs more of.

Had storage at Metro for 10 years after moving to another state. They were always extremely nice and accommodated me several times as I was in another state. Their customer service was always great!! I always felt my possessions were secure and this facility was always clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend to friends and relatives! Chris was great to work with during the move out.

A little pricy but totality worth it! The staff is amazing and ontop of their game! I was in such a hurry to grab something out of my unit and left it improperly locked ????. Luckily management does multiple security checks every day and contacted me quickly so I run back and secure it. On top of that, I've been there for over 2 years and have NEVER had any bug, rodent or weather damage to anything!

My experience with Metro Self Storage was a very smooth and trouble free experience. Chris was very helpful with my account setup, which was quick and easy. I never had any issues with accessing the facilities while my belongings were there and my belonging stayed dry and in perfect condition the entire time they were there. When It was time to move my stuff out and close my account Chris, once again, made it quick and easy. I work in the transportation industry and deal with a lot of moving companies. It’s not uncommon for damage to occur and there is always unexpected issues. It was a huge weight off my shoulders to not have to worry about the security or the condition of my stuff while it was at Metro Self Storage. I’m very appreciative of my experience!
