First time renting a storage unit, honestly had looked at other storages near by but always when called had a bad experience on the help, so decided to give metro storage a visit to see if they could help with a short notice move in and the young lady in the front desk Ms.Claudia was so generous and polite and very much helpful helping me out with my online reservation and my payment not going through so luckily with her help she was able to walk me with the process to renting the storage unit and also most importantly able to move my stuff in that same day. Thank you so much for the help Ms.Claudia and highly recommend this storage for anyone trying to move stuff last minute to a storage unit.
