I’ve gone through so many issues with previous storage companies. I met the manager Wendy at Metro Storage on 79th street and she made my experience stress free. I got my grandmother’s belongings moved in with no problems and I like that the hours are later than other places. She broke down my lease and answered all my questions. (Believe me, I had a lot) It’s been a long time since I’ve seen this kind of customer service in an establishment who shows empathy too customers like myself. She guided me through the process of getting the right space and got me my refund. She was extremely professional and courteous while she carefully listened to me.
