Laurie was absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to help my wife and I. Not only was she friendly, knowledgeable and service oriented; Laurie went far above and beyond. We live in Florida and had planned to put our bikes in storage after the 1st leg of a year long motorcycle adventure so we could fly home to address needs on our hurricane ravaged home and tend to a few other things. My wife's bike broke down in Delaware and had to be towed to a mechanic. I ventured ahead to Metro Storage once my wife was comfortable knowing a tow was en route, as the end of business hours was approaching and we had to catch a flight home. My wife was delayed in gridlock traffic and the mechanic wouldn't wait any longer for her to arrive. Laurie had assisted me with the necessary paperwork and had gotten me set up with our storage unit. My wife called and said she would have to have the tow truck driver drop her bike at the storage unit and would she be able to get in safely. Laurie stayed well after the work day ended, showing us kindness beyond measure. She brought us water and assured me that she wanted to make sure that we were taken care of and wouldn't miss our flight home. I cannot begin to express what a gem of a human being she is, nor our gratitude for her kindness, compassion and assistance in a very stressful situation. THANK YOU LAURIE!! Lets talk about customer service. One of the employees name Laure, hope I'm spelling her name correctly. Once I left my unit unlocked and Laure was right on it she notified me of it and at the time, I was out of town, Laure explained my options and upon my agreement she took care of it. Laure was always respectful, friendly, courteous as well as helpful I always wanted to work with her because of her attitude and disposition. Now far as gate code its not that hard to enter numbers one at a time not to long far a part gate will open. If I could leave 10 start review I would. I was there yesterday to get a company vehicle out of storage. Unfortunately I did not have our key to the storage since my boss mistakenly took him home from a previous business trip. I thought I was out of luck and I didn’t know what to do since I had get to work ASAP. Thankfully Laurie Santos went above and beyond to help me. She was so kind and loving. When I met her we connected immediately and she felt like a friend that I have known for years, even though I’ve never met her prior. I wish I could come across this type of service every where I go. She even went on and used her own car to give me a jump start because my car wouldn’t turn on due to how cold it was. I believe she should definitely get a raise because you don’t come across that type of customer service very often. I look forward to seeing her in the next couple of days when I turn the car back in. I hope this review leads to her getting all the praise from upper management and a raise because they have a very caring employee who values not only their job but their customers
