I came in to look at a storage unit wasn’t sure if I was going to rent anything. Alana was very helpful she showed me two units and I picked the one that best suited my needs. They she walked me through all the paper work making sure I understood everything. It was a great experience and I would recommend metro storage to anyone.

I highly recommend this place in a 25 mile radius. I have stoped in at multiple different storage places and this one is by far the best!

Anthony has been above and beyond helping with our needs for our transition from western Pennsylvania back to Eastern Pennsylvania. Renting a storage unit was very easy and affordable. We made a reservation online because we wanted to see the facilities of this place first, but you can rent it and deal with everything online as well. We were contacted immediately after we made the reservation by Anthony for an appointments to view the available units and he was both friendly and helpful when we met up with him . Overall, it was a very positive experience and we are happy that, unlike a previous storage place we dealt with, this one has an actual person to help you if you have any problems or questions.

A little pricy but totality worth it! The staff is amazing and ontop of their game! I was in such a hurry to grab something out of my unit and left it improperly locked ????. Luckily management does multiple security checks every day and contacted me quickly so I run back and secure it. On top of that, I've been there for over 2 years and have NEVER had any bug, rodent or weather damage to anything!

My experience with Metro Self Storage was a very smooth and trouble free experience. Chris was very helpful with my account setup, which was quick and easy. I never had any issues with accessing the facilities while my belongings were there and my belonging stayed dry and in perfect condition the entire time they were there. When It was time to move my stuff out and close my account Chris, once again, made it quick and easy. I work in the transportation industry and deal with a lot of moving companies. It’s not uncommon for damage to occur and there is always unexpected issues. It was a huge weight off my shoulders to not have to worry about the security or the condition of my stuff while it was at Metro Self Storage. I’m very appreciative of my experience!
