So far, so good. Signed up today under a lease promo and Jen(nifer) was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. In other words, she was professional. She helped navigate to our new rental spot and even offered a local mover's business card for our next move. Too bad that mover has closed shop! Maybe that's why she said it was "cheap." Still hoping for a smooth storage experience at this chain's facility.

Metro Self Storage has been my saving grace these past few months. After a quick downsize, I kept having to find storage units as part of the moving process and I continue to return to Metro. Not only is it immaculate (regularly cleaned as I have seen the cleaning crew several times), it has fantastic indoor loading docks. Not only do my belongings feel safe but I feel safe being at the space by myself, which is the first I have felt with any storage unit building in the past. Jennifer, the property manager, is wonderful! She goes above and beyond the call of duty. She is wicked fast with any paperwork and is in the office or on the property when you need her. Most other storage unit managers are MIA but Jen is there when you need help! Metro Self Storage is the perfect spot for storage needs. There is a reason continue to use them!

Mark and Jennifer at metro storage have been so incredibly helpful. They were both friendly and called me back promptly. They were super accommodating and Mark went the extra mile to help with some of the locks that were needed for the storage unit. The space is clean and easy to navigate. I love the outside access door that makes it easy to get to our unit. Flat beds are always available for use and easy to find. Highly recommend!

I rented two different sized lockers at various times at the Northbrook IL site. I loved it. Being able to drive inside the building to load and unload was a major bonus compared to other storage franchises. The facilty was always clean and well lit and the on-site staff were always very helpful and courteous. A definitely 5star operation without a shadow of a doubt !!
