We had a great experience at Metro Storage today. The setup at this facility is clean, brightly lit and organized. They have masks at the entrance and hand sanitizer. Jose, the manager helped things go smoothly. Moving as we all know is a stressful process.and having a nice person quietly walk me through setting up a new storage unit was great. At first we didn't know what size we needed and picked too small a unit. Jose gladly changed things with patience and grace. During a hectic day of moving, it's good to have a good and decent person take some of that stress off us. Thanks so much to Jose and Metro Storage!
