Wonderful service. They gave me a referral credit as promised, and they extended my rental for a day when their one of their doors was jammed and there were no dollies near my bay. Then they extended it past office hrs the next day as roadwork was being done in front of my home garage and I had to unload my car (to come back for my final carload) after I could get to my garage.

I have only had positive experiences with Metro storage and each representative that I received excellent service from. They have all been extremely professional each time, before and during this pandemic. Courtesy, professionalism and yes some have went above and beyond if and situation was brought to their attention. The place is quite clean, easy accessible and well lit location, and again with high customer service experiences. I have had a lease for over a year especially the because of the reasonable prices and promotions. Your courtesy during this time is sincerely appreciated.
