Very glad I came across Patrick at Metro and that they were able to work with me! My experience so far with both the company and the front office has been great! The coffee in the front is also a super bonus and I feel like my things are safe and secure in this clean, climate controlled building! Pricing was fair for going rates across the 8 units I checked! Clean, bright, plenty of convenient access points and the music is a nice touch! Would recommend!

Has a bathroom that’s clean . The best is the music they play when your moving your stuff in , I find myself singing along . Again this place is super clean ! Only thing I missed was the $25 credit I referred 2 people to this place . They also have storage unit . If you refer don’t forget to get your $25 credit . I missed both of mine .

I highly recommend Metro Self Storage. It was a wonderful experience and they are of the highest quality! I had furniture stored a full year. The Property Manager Sandra was professional, knowledgeable, and treated us like family. The facility was spotless with wide doors. Our storage space was spacious, clean, temperature regulated and I felt safe entering at all hours if necessary. The property carts were so helpful. Wide padded elevator and a clean restroom. The experience left a great impression and I will never go back to using another storage facility. Prices are fair and they have storage space for every need.

I had a horrible experience with another storage unit in Bloomingdale (misogynists) and this place was affordable, and very helpful. Customer service was amazing and the units are clean and well maintained. I've never had to wait to get into a bay to drop things off.

Sent my husband there to find us a storage facility. Usually this is something I would do but we are going to be moving very quickly so he headed out. He came home a short time later very pleased with the service he received from Coretta. He was very pleased with the deal he got, and the cleanliness of the unit.
