Our chances were slim but Kimberly not only had a unit, she helped measure and direct the van in with such a positive, optimistic attitude it was a total breath of fresh air in hearing so many “no”s from other places we won’t name. Our van fit perfectly and we were so assured it was in good hands. She helped us get in on a special deal and explained all the contracts and paperwork so we could sign with confidence. 10/10 would recommend.

Over the past couple of months, I was in the process of moving out of my house and putting most of my stuff into storage. I’ve twice underestimated the amount of stuff I have and as a result needed to add a second unit, then I realized on my actual moving day that both my units were going to be too small, so I decided to just go for a larger one to fit it all. The staff at Metro in Buffalo Grove have been so patient with me and willing to accommodate my moves in and out of units. The facility itself is extremely clean and bright, it feels very safe, and it has multiple places to unload so you’re not walking across the entire building to go to your unit (including an indoor dock). I highly recommend choosing Metro Storage in Buffalo Grove - the price is right and the facility is so much nicer than the other ones in the area!

Whether you are a complete novice about the process of putting your precious belongings in storage (like me), or a veteran mover and storage expert, this Metro Self Storage location will put your mind at ease. Not only is the building and the storage space absolutely spotless (right down to the handles on the moving carts), the rates are very reasonable, and the manager Kimberly Conrad is extremely helpful. She patiently addressed my anxieties about everything from how to the storage locks work, to selecting the right size unit. On the day of my move the elevators were even set to stay open to help the movers. I know that my things are safe and sound and that I can adapt as my storage needs change. I honestly did not look anywhere else because I don't know what could be better.

From the first time we walked into the facility, we were met with pure professionalism by Kim Conrad. We had other locations planned to visit but once meeting Kim we realized we should store our possessions. Since that time, have met with Kim multiple times when necessary. She has gone out of her way to ensure she was doing everything within her position to provide what we needed. The conditions of this location are immaculate. We feel that is solely due to Kim’s efforts to keep the facility virtually spotless. Each time we have been there if she is not in the office she is out cleaning some part of the facility. We continue to recommend to those looking for storage that they contact Kim Conrad at the Buffalo Grove location because we know they won’t be disappointed. Very pleased customers. Thank you
