I have been with Metro of Deerfield/Bannockburn for almost a year now. Last night my daughters and I were there past 9 and inadvertently got caught outside after 9PM closing, unit open, purses inside and no way to resolve the issue. We called the after hours number and they contacted the site manager Deirdre about 9:45PM. She lives about 15 minutes away. She got out of bed and threw on a sweatshirt and drove down. She was not angry or unpleasant. She was her normal, delightful self. I wouldn't go anywhere else for storage needs in the future. What a operation she runs.

The front office staff made is so easy to rent and move-in. I witnessed no odors....floors were spotless and the temperature was very comfortable and well maintained.
