I don't think it is on their property or their responsibility but it is like a minefield and makes it difficult to get in without having your stuff tossed all over. Units do use a different lock mechanism (insertable cylinder) than I’m accustomed(shackles), so using my own lock was not possible. As it were, I had to get a lock either way, so no biggie for me. Highly recommended business!!
