I had to abruptly move from Houston, TX to Montgomery, AL so, I came in today in search of finding the right storage unit and had the best customer experience ever. Ashley was incredible! Contrary to previous storage facilities I visited prior, she was very professional, extremely kind, and exceedingly thorough. She took the time to show me various storage units but unfortunately the space I needed was unavailable at the time. She answered all of my questions and alleviated any concerns I had. It's clear that this facility is well managed, by a staff who truly cares about their customers. The facility was squeaky clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend it!!
