Operator Provided Program
If you rent with Metro Self Storage in the states of Connecticut or Wisconsin, you’ll be able to take advantage of The SBOATI Operator Provided Program. For a small monthly insurance benefit fee, you will be provided with $2000 of coverage upon move-in. Features of this coverage include:

- Pays 1st even with other coverage
- No long-term commitment
- Convenient and Low Cost
- Helps to cover the gap of your Homeowners’ deductible
When you opt for our SBOATI Operator Provided Program, you’ll gain coverage that is designed to cover losses from accidents and unexpected events such as:

- To file a claim, simply visit the SBOATI File a Claim page and fill out a form, where it will be processed by their Claims team.
