Anthony + Arcadia 10 out of 10 i don't know where to begin working in the service industry and being a business owner customer service is a hugeeee priority for me and sonething I really look for working with any business..some months back I got a storage unit and had the best experience with Arcadia I was blown away by his patience , sense of humor and professionalism...yesterday I came to my storage at 8:50 cutting it close but rushed there straight after with everything was going well brought all my things down to the door went to put something in my car and the door closes....me forgetting it's now 9:15 and access is not longer granted I panicked literally has a panic attack I started calling every number I can find at one point in tears because I was going away tomorrow and my things are staring at me but I can't get them...got someone on the line she said she will contact the manager and he will get back to me no one called me so more panicking I called back they said the same thing again a hour later a car flies in the parking lot like a superhero I started to cry it was My hero lol Anthony the manager he was so sweet I was 2 minutes from another melt down the rep gave him the wrong number so he too the initiative to just come he didn't have to do that when I didn't answer he could have said oh well but he didn't he said let me just go there and see I am forever grateful my flight was at 7am everything worked out Thank you thank you thank you for being such a great manager

Convenient central NJ location, and Anthony is patient with any (like my many) questions you may have. Stellar customer service skills, as well, his ease in communicating with a senior citizen couple that proceeded me in line was comforting, because I was assured that Anthony treats each customer with respect and dignity. He didn’t rush them, nor did he rush me. Highly recommend Anthony and the Metro Self Storage.

Amazing prices for room, locks, and insurance, there's also dollys you could use to pull/ push your things to your unit! Even in their closing hours, you can come in as early as 6 am I believe, until 9 pm which is awesome for busy bees!

Anthony from Woodbridge NJ storage was very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are better than other storage area within a couple mile radius. They offered half price for first 3 months, month-to-month payment. He certainly took into consideration my recent knee surgery and gave us the closest possible unit near the loading area. The fees, locks and protection insurance are comparable with other storage facilities we looked at. Based on great service by Anthony, price, cleanliness, easy access loading dock, we highly recommended this facility.
