I would have to say that Christine at Metro Storage off of Gandy really made my rental experience easy. I explained to her what I was looking for and (after showing up there minutes before they closed), and she knew exactly what I needed. She made the best suggestion and was absolutely pleasant, even though it was the end of her shift, and I'm sure she was ready to go. She didn't make me feel rushed and really took the time to make sure I understood everything about my storage space and contract. Her customer service was impeccable. If I ever need a storage space in the future, she guaranteed I'll be a customer in the future, and I would refer their services for anyone looking for a good, clean, affordable space.

For close to 3 years now, I’ve been using Metro Self Storage in Pinellas Park, FL. Christine and the team over at MetroSS are always very professional and eager to please their customers. A huge benefit for me has been the use of the 24 hour access to my unit. This has really works out for me since most days I work long hours. They do a wonderful job keeping the property neat and clean inside and out. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a good place for self storage.

I came in to get some information about their storage rates, then check a few other storages in the area for quality and a price comparison. When I arrived, Christina greeted me with a rather cheerful greeting and she was very personable. There were two customers that came in while she was helping me and she was so personable and detailed in knowing these customers that I thought they were her family! Lol The thing I like about this business is she didn’t try to upsell me on storage or other products that I really didn’t need and was super transparent and out the costs associated. I like that they has 24/7 security. I thought it was a humble gesture that she was very supportive of our military and this business does offer a military discount. Christina left me such a great impression that I didn’t bother looking around for another storage, I signed up that day. Great company and exceptional customer service! Simple as that!
