From the first phone call to moving our belongings into our unit it was a wonderful experience. We came in from Orlando stuck in 4 hours of traffic to Sarasota’s Cattlemen location. Frantic that we would arrive after they close the manager Cassandra said, “don’t worry I’ll wait for you!” The units are conveniently set up, clean and easy to access. Moving sucks….they make it better.

I have had one or more units with metro for over 6 years. In that time, I also had to purchase 2 other units for short term needs. Metro has been the best by far. My one and only complaint is from a few years ago, when one of my larger units got a buildup of dust somehow, which never made sense to me. More importantly, the people at Metro are absolutely awesome to deal with, they are friendly, patient and genuinely enjoyable to deal with in whatever situation. I am particularly fond of Kizzy, who is always very warm, easy to deal with, and helpful when you need it. Tonya is also great to work with, although I have not seen her recently so I'm not sure if she's still over there. Anyway, if you've got it narrowed down and don't know who to choose or if you are just starting the process of looking for a unit, do yourself a favor and move Metro to the top of your list. You won't regret it...at least I never have and I can not say the same about any of the other storage places Ive used in town ...

She was so professional, and understanding, and positive and patient with me, even with everything going on In my personal life, I enjoyed the time i spent talking with her. We came to Metro after 5+ years at what is now Life Storage (previously Big Jim's) down the road. After our horrible experience there with rodent infestation we were pleasantly greeted by Shari at Metro who was just wonderful. She made us felt at ease and was able to set us up right away with a clean unit for a comparable price. You can tell she loves her job and is happy to help customers. She was nice and helpful as can be and was a breath of fresh air compared to the years of dealing with unhappy and incompetent staff over at Life. We are extremely happy with our decision to move and look forward to renting at Metro!

She was very thorough explaining the cost and all the related information about the facility. She gave me a personal tour of the property showed me the unit I will be renting and did an all-around fantastic job! The facility is very clean and well-kept. This was an excellent experience I highly recommend it. Ask for Tasha

We had price checked every storage facility in the area and needed a large space. She not only had the largest space available she had a price that was lower than units half the size at other locations. She was wonderful and we are very happy with our unit.
