Terrific Facility! Ashley was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and pleasant. This facility is clean, secure and very well managed. We were using a different facility which pales in comparison. Ashley helped us make the best decision in size, etc. and the process was very simple. She is fantastic and we couldn't be happier with choosing this facility.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ashley in the front office is so friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell she is someone who takes great pride in offering exceptional customer service. The rental process is simple and straightforward at Metro Self Storage. Ashley took plenty of time to review all the options and details with me and answer my questions. The facility is clean and organized and my storage unit was in great condition. Ashley and Metro Self Storage - Trevose exceeded my expectations.

I spoke with an employee named Mike when I first inquired about a unit- Considering the fact that I knew absolutely nothing about renting one out, seeing as that I had never done that before, I could’ve easily been taken for a ride/take advantage of, but Mike was such a gentleman, was very knowledgeable & informative, and was very professional & accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised when I came in the next day (today, 04/21/2022)(Feasterville-Trevose location, 4440 East Bristol Rd, 19053) and saw that Mr. Mike — the *exceptionally* helpful man himself — was working/would be the one helping me with my selection. He embodies the epitome of what Grade A++ Customer Care/Service/Satisfaction looks like! My interaction with him was my real true first ever look into the world of storage unit rentals; as most folks know, first impressions are typically lasting ones — the one that your wonderful employee made on me could not possibly have been any better. He deserves the absolute highest accolades possible; hopefully, at the very least, a raise! So that way he knows that his efforts don’t go unnoticed. After all, I come from a place where my employees are taken care of to the fullest extent possible because happy employees = successful company! I would recommend Metro to ANYONE looking into storage units solely based off how lovely of an experience I had with Mr. Mike. I am eternally indebted to him for his graciousness & his kindness during a time of my life that has been extremely difficult & unforeseen; a time that I most certainly needed it the most.

My experience with Metro went very well. Ashley was so so nice and so helpful, she made me feel so comfortable. She went back with me to my storage unit and showed me how to lock it up and where the elevator was and how to use it. She said if I had any questions about anything just give her a call. I think it is so important to have someone like Ashley working with the public. She is so sweet and likable and she just makes you feel at home ! Thank you Ashley for everything

The smoothest rental ever. I got all the help I needed from the fantastic associate Ashley! Thanks girl! (edit) Had to transfer my storage unit rental to a parking spot rental. Mike, the other fantastic associate, made the process feel like a summer breeze, smooth-ness at its finest.

I love this place! Affordable, clean and I feel safe.when alone. Ashley is my favorite staff member. She is always polite, courteous and extremely helpful. There's been numerous times I forgot to put my lock back on my unit and she has picked up on it everytime and gone ahead and locked it up for me to keep my stuff safe. She keeps the place nice and clean, I have seen her on numerous occasions vacuuming the corridors. Keep up the good work and I definitely recommend using this facility you won't be sorry.

Did my storage unit rental online. 5 minutes in the office finalized the rental. The ability to drive inside the building is great on cold and rainy days. Elevator to get your stuff up to the 2nd floor and carts provided. Looks to be kept clean and well maintained.
