I’ve had several different sizes units at Metro and the guys were always helpful with my needs. Well it came to a point that I almost lost my units to auction and being out of work for almost a year thx to COVID-19. Then I was able to pay them off and move my stuff out thinking I was gonna have an opportunity to where I wouldn’t need storage units. Well I called Metro talked to Luis told him my needs and he helped me out. Turns out I called him just a few days later needing an additional unit and he was able to make both units convenient to each other. I have referred several friends to Metro Self Storage I highly recommend them for the size, climate control, cleanliness & customer service their price can’t be beat. When I visited the office, I was greeted by this very nice gentleman named Luis and he gave me excellent service. He explained everything in detail and was very polite with me. He even went as far as walking me to the unit and helping me look for a cart to carry my things. Overall it was a five-star experience, the most excellent service I have ever received at a storage location.

My son got towed unjustly at his buddy Apt which is right across the towing company. I was able to call and talk to a guy who gave me the address instructions for pick up. It cost me a bloody $175 Cash* for barely 12hrs. (*No Credit/Debit — Money order & Cash is acceptable). Guys were nice but mean business!

Simply do NOT. As a customer & Licensed Real Estate Professional this place is a cross between a used cars lot & a loan shark. We were quoted a crazy rate when we first viewed unit. I laughed & left. They called us for days after with two more price drops. When I eventually agreed simply for the ease of location & lack of time to research more ( Heaven knows I wished I saw their reviews & BBB before now). The day I signed the ‘desk’ fellow pressured & pressured me to leave a great review. I playfully laughed being wise enough to say, I am not even moved in yet…lets see how this goes first. He then offered me a coupon & I declined. Boy does this all make so much sense now!!! The second more is always hot. Barely a cart when needed. Barely a human in the office & if you do get someone… oh my gosh, the snarky condescending, WORST Cust Service. Make NO mistake, the clerks are there on commission. Never a step above, always though rudeness. Suffice it to say, bait & switch at its finest. You have to dig a bit because who knows who they paid off, but find all the reviews you can or simply ask a friend, family memember or a professional for a first hand recommendation they may offer you.. be leary of reviews left for discounts etc. Customer for 48 months. They will not take any emergency partial payments, no one time late fee waivers. Their goal is… get you in. Nothing more unless its to pop you in a vice grip & bleed you dry
