LAKE FOREST, IL July 12, 2019 – Metro Storage LLC today announced the expansion of its presence in the Florida market with the acquisition of a self-storage facility in Orlando, Florida. This two-story 641-unit facility which opened in February 2018, encompasses 62,607 rentable square feet and offers standard, climate-controlled, drive up and interior units, as well as RV and boat parking.
“This newly constructed facility is our second store in Orlando and brings Metro’s portfolio in the Florida market to 24 stores.
