Easy online setup, coupons right in the site. The location is nicely tucked behind a strip mall, where the Randall's used to be, but very easy to find when you know to look for it. Once we got to the location, Sari, was fantastic and explained all the ins and outs, how to enter the grounds, and how to use the locks, not a usual padlock. Also, she was kind enough to let my toddler daughter use the restroom. The units have several entry points for access, as well as a covered breezeway so you di t have to move stuff in and out in the rain/perception. Once we got to the unit, all the paperwork had been placed in the unit, along with the lock in the package, already opened for us. If they keep up this level of customer service, we'll be happy Tobe a long time customer.

We are using the facility while we prepare for a move. The folks we have dealt with have been wonderful. Knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I'm very glad to have selected this place. The climate controlled units are spotless. I didn't look at any others. Regardless of when I have to visit my unit I feel safe. If there is another time in the future I need to have storage I will come back here

I recently started renting a space here, I can’t give a review of a long time experience but the place is very clean and it looks safe, low key location was also something I liked, it’s big, the climate control is on point, no humidity or smells, and Sari was so very helpful walking me through all the details and options, she explained everything I needed to know in order to avoid accidents, and she helped me get a discount good enough to offset the lock price. So far I have nothing but good things to say about this location and their customer service is outstanding.
