My fiancé and I went to rent a 5x10 storage unit this afternoon and worked with Chris at the Round Lake location, to say the least he was an absolute dream! Potentially the best customer service as he was informative, personable, hilarious and quick to get us fully resolved. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Metro Storage if you’re in the market for a storage unit.
